Shipping Information

We ship via UPS Ground. This allows us to track all orders and notify you of the tracking number via email when your products are enroute. We usually ship the same day or next business day, but sometimes (especially when we're teaching an 8-hour course) it can take a few days to get the orders shipped. Most of the time orders go out the same day they are received. A tracking number is sent to the customer when the order is shipped.

Sometimes a small order is too costly to ship via UPS. In that case, we will adjust the shipping charges to reflect the lesser amount and notify you of the change. We usually ship small orders via US Postal Service first class or priority mail.
