SA200 Air Valve Rebuild Kit

When (not IF) an air valve goes bad on one of your SA200's, that launcher is out of business until you get it fixed. Tippmann stopped making the SA200 air valve in January of 2019. Agencies that continue to use the SA200 launcher must learn to rebuild the air valves that they have; this is an essential skill.

2 WAYS TO GET YOUR AIR VALVES REBUILT (for a fraction of the cost of a new one):

DO IT YOURSELF

Buy the air valve rebuild kit. This kit contains all the internal and external o-rings, a new valve cup seal, valve spring and snap ring that will allow department armorers to make the air valve like new again.

HAVE US REBUILD IT

Send your complete non-working air valve to us, and we will rebuild it or swap it for a newly rebuilt air valve of the same type. Cost is $15.00 dollars, and you pay shipping both ways. Air valves rebuilt by us come with a 1-year warranty. Trade-in Air valves must not be corroded or damaged. We reserve the right to reject a damaged air valve.
