Refunds and Returns

We want you to be happy with the products you ordered. If you ordered the wrong products (hey, it happens!), we can exchange them for the right product, but the agency must pay for return shipping.

All products must be returned in unused condition. We don't charge restocking fees because that just doesn't feel right. Please call prior to returning any products to ensure that we understand what problems or issues you may have.
