Purchase orders are welcome at PBPartsDepot. We accept purchase orders from local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. We do not accept purchase orders from individuals or private security companies.
Follow these easy steps:
1. Call or email to tell us what you want.
2. We'll send you a quote for the items you requested and include shipping costs and taxes (if applicable).
3. Take the quote to your command staff/financial office for approval.
4. Send us the approved purchase order and we'll ship the items and bill your financial office. Easy!
We also can also process credit cards on our secure website or over the phone.
Each government entity has different methods for making payment or processing purchase orders. If you need us to send a W-9 or fill out a vendor form or other paperwork, we will be glad to accommodate your needs.
